With our experienced R&D team and Test Centre, which is capable of testing all parts in our product range, AKA Otomotiv develops highly reliable and cost-efficient products. In addition to product design, process design is also carried out in-house and the projects are strictly fulfilled within the framework of a targeted project plan.

Product Design and Development

AKA Otomotiv designs cockpit, chassis parts and mechanisms, based on systematic method of product design know-how and expertise developed over many years. All designs are verified by analysis and tests, which are performed by using fundamental design input data. Our purpose is to design simple, reliable and cost-efficient products in line with demands and standards of our partners.

Tests and Validation

AKA Otomotiv is qualified to perform in-house comprehensive tests in its own laboratories for all its products: chassis, cockpit parts and mechanisms. Moreover, the specifications and the test procedures that are generated out of specific product experience are vital contribution to the product design and development process.
