AKA Automotive was reinstalled as one of Ford’s top suppliers by reassigning the Q1 Certificate.

Ford Q1 plaque and flag presentation ceremony was held on 28 November 2019 with the participation of Ford Otosan executives and AKA Otomotiv management and employees at the Örnekköy facility. The General Manager of AKA Mr. Şamil Jane emphasized the meaning and importance of the day and thanked Ford Otosan executives and all AKA employees. For the occasion of the day a commemorative cake with Ford Q1 logo was cut during the celebratory event. Taking this opportunity, one more time, we would like to convey our love and respect to each and every employee who contributed to this achievement.

“Respect for People” Award

One of the Turkey’s most prestigious and well-known awards in Human Resources field “Respect for People” organized by Kariyer.Net found their recipients for the 2018 year. “Conquer the Barriers of Life” Initiative

The initiative “Conquer the Barriers of Life” which implies collecting of plastic caps launched by Ford Otosan together with members of Subsidiary Industry in support of Turkey Spinal Cord Injury Association has been greatly accepted by our factory workers.

General Manager of AKA Mr. Şamil Jane and Örnekköy Plant Production Manager Mr. Şenol Türker received an award plaque by the hand of Ford Otosan STA Manager Mr. Kenan Kantaş in recognition of the active contribution and participation shown by AKA Family.
