Thanks to its young, dynamic and specialized team as well as technological expertise covering entire timeline from process design up to start of serial production, AKA Kalıp manufactures for its domestic and foreign customers tools for transfer and progressive presses based on error-proof simulation design programs.
AKA Otomotiv manufactures high precision parts to our partners in its two separate press lines at Örnekköy and Yeniköy production facilities by deploying 250-1000 tonnes mechanical, 500-1200 tonnes hydraulic and 1600-2000 tonnes transfer presses.
High safety welding is performed by specific welding technologies such as Robotic Arc welding lines, Robotic spot-welding cells, High current projection welding, Seam welding and Stud welding depending on the peculiarity of products and materials.
Products such as Fuel Tanks, Pedal Boxes, Window Regulators, Hand Brake Levers, Door Lock Mechanisms, Suspension Arms, Hinges, Hood Latches, etc. are assembled on appositively designed assembly lines, enhanced with mechanical and electronically controlled Poka-Yoke systems by experienced personnel.
Cathodic Coating: Our facility has the ability to perform special coating on parts up to size 3000mm x 1200mm. After cathodic coating, seam sealant operation can also be performed on body parts.
Electrostatic Powder Coating: Parts up to size 400mm x 1200mm can be painted in our facility.
PVC Coating: PVC underbody coating can be performed after the electrostatic powder painting operation on Steel Fuel Tanks.
